Day 1: Bangkok - Ho Chi Minh City

Departure from Bangkok with Vietnam Airlines and arrival at Than Son Nhat Airport. Ho Chi Minh City is Vietname’s Commercial capital and a city of extraordinary energy. You will have transfer to the hotel and some free time for walking around the city center. You will stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 2: Full day city tour – Cu Chi Tunnels.

After breakfast at the Oscar hotel you will have a sightseeing tour of Saigon’s famous and historic city landmarks. The tour will take you through the heart of the city along Dong Khoi Street (formerly Presidential Palace) and history Museum. We drive to Choion, the China town district of the city where we visit the huge Binh Tay wholesale market and the ornate Thein Hau Pagoda, dedicated to Goddess of the sea. In the afternoon we travel to the Cu Chi Tunnels located in the area known during the Vietnam war as the “Iron Triangle” on account of the strength of its communist insurgency. The Cu Chi Tunnels network was estiblished as a means of waging guerilla war against superior French and later American firer power. The network stretches over 250 km and extends to three levels underground. We will visit Underground Village and then Ben Duoc temple.

Day 3:  Ho Chi Minh – Bangkok

After breakfast you will have some free time before transfer to the airport. Departure by Vietnam Airlines to Bangkok.
