We can offer you more than 100 apartments for rent. We are here and we can easy find an apartment for you. The owner will be Norwegian, Danish or English.

Small or big apartment and price.

There are small studio apartments priced at 10.000 Baht per month and big apartments with many bedrooms priced at 90.000 Baht per month. As they say in Thailand: "It`s up to you". The apartments in Thailand have 3 prices, long time rent, low season and high season (October - Mars). Electric and water cost will be added.

How long time you like to stay.

This is up to you too! You can rent from one week up to many months. All the apartments will be close to the main road and to the beach.

Information.

Information we need from you is:

- The time you like to rent

- How many people you are (number of bedrooms)

- The location you like 

- The price/quality level you like to have

Payment and deposit.

You have to pay 20% when you are booking the apartment. This can be transferd to a Thai bank or a Norwegian bank. The rest you pay when you are comming here an the contract is made. Deposit is one month rent and can be in any currency (your currency).
